Most casinos have cards that you must use before the machine will accept your money. If you have been trying to play the machines, and they spit out ever bill you have then you need to see customer service. The reason for these cards is so the casino can keep track of what you are doing in the casino. You can earn rewards for these cards if you play enough, but they take a while to build up.
You usually want to play the machines that take five dollars and up. If you start off with the penny machines you are least likely to get a big payout. You can usually find the higher paying machines pretty easily. They group them together in one part of the casino. Sometimes they are also in the bar, and beside lines to cash out, or go in to eat.
